The short version: ImmichDash does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or photos. Everything stays on your device and your own server.
1. Overview
ImmichDash ("the App") is a tvOS application developed by Kiyra Group that connects to your self-hosted Immich server to display your photos as an ambient slideshow on your Apple TV.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and confirms what data we do and do not collect.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
ImmichDash does not collect, transmit, store, or share any of the following:
- Your photos or videos
- Your Immich server URL or API key
- Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
- Your location or device identifiers
- Usage analytics or telemetry
- Crash reports sent to third parties
- Any data whatsoever to Kiyra Group or any third party
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores the following information exclusively on your Apple TV device and nowhere else:
- Immich Server URL — stored securely in the Apple Keychain
- Immich API Key — stored securely in the Apple Keychain
- App preferences (slideshow speed, effect style, background brightness) — stored in local device storage using Apple's standard UserDefaults system
- Cached photo thumbnails — temporarily stored in memory while the app is running, cleared when the app is closed
None of this information ever leaves your device or is accessible to anyone other than you.
4. Your Immich Server
ImmichDash communicates directly and exclusively with the Immich server URL you provide. All photo data is fetched directly from your server to your Apple TV over your local network or your own secure connection. Kiyra Group has no access to your Immich server, your photos, or any data passing between the App and your server.

5. In-App Purchases
ImmichDash offers a one-time Pro upgrade purchase processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Kiyra Group does not handle, process, or store any payment information. All purchase transactions are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
ImmichDash does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App contains no third-party SDKs or libraries beyond Apple's own system frameworks.
7. Children's Privacy
ImmichDash does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is a personal photo display tool that connects only to servers owned and controlled by the user.
8. Apple TV Platform
ImmichDash is built for tvOS and operates within Apple's standard privacy framework. The App requests no special device permissions beyond network access to communicate with your Immich server.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Given that the App collects no data, material changes to this policy are unlikely.
